摘  要:对工程机械柴油发动机油门节能控制系统进行分析研究,提出系统总体设计方案。采用C8051F020微处理器作为控制核心,设计油门设置和油门反馈、自动怠速、电机驱动、故障码显示等硬件电路,编写了控制程序,并给出了主程序框图。经调试和试验证明,该系统操作简便,运行平稳,性能可靠,实现了增效、降低排放和柴油机节能的功能,平均节油率达1.5%~2%。该油门节能控制系统可广泛应用于国产和进口大型施工机械的柴油发动机安装使用,前景广阔。This is an analysis and study on a throttle control system for diesel saving engines in construction equipment,so as to put forth a general design program for such a system.C8051F020 micro processor is adopted as the kernel control for design of throttle setting and feedback,automatic idling,electric drive,digital trouble display,and other hardware circuits,besides control programs comprised,and block diagrams given for the master program.Evidence from the tests and experiments has shown the system’s easy operation,smooth running,reliable performance,and has realized increase of efficiency,decrease of emission,as well as fuel saving for the diesel engine up to 1.5%~2% average.That throttle fuel-saving control system can be generally used and attached to diesel engines in the construction equipment,both China-made and imported that such a system has broad prospect.
