摘　　要：针对大型全回转浮式起重机旋转平台尺寸大、加工技术要求高等特点,结合4000t浮式起重机建造项目,对旋转平台的机加工工艺进行探讨。该工艺采用了便携式现场加工设备,具有安装定位简便、加工精度高等特点,对大型钢结构部件的加工具有一定的参考价值。This is a trial in for a process to machine a turn table for the full turn type floating crane according to big size of the turn table,high tech requirements for the process,etc.,and to combine such job with a manufacture project to build a floating crane of 4000t class.The process adopts portable pieces of equipment to be used at the site with features include easy assembly and fixture,high precision in processing,etc.Therefore,this process is worthy as a reference for big-sized steel structures.
