摘　　要：【目的】调查武警女性官兵妇产科住院疾病谱,为加强这一特殊群体的生殖健康医疗保障提供依据。【方法】对2001年1月-2010年12月817份武警女性官兵住院病案进行回顾性分析,对其疾病谱进行统计描述。【结果】817份病案中,与妊娠分娩有关的原因或疾病居多。在妇科疾病中,除却炎症性疾病,不孕症及其相关的疾病占据第2位,功能性月经异常的发生主要分布在年轻官兵。【结论】总队医院或武警部队优生优育技术中心应该重视和加强女性官兵生殖系统相关问题防治策略及措施的研究,提升女性官兵生殖健康保障水平。【Objective】 To investigate the obstetric and gynecological disease classification of the female officers and soldiers from the CAPF and promote their reproductive healthcares.【Methods】 817 cases of the female officers and soldiers with obstetric and gynecological disease were retrospectively analyzed in statistics.【Results】 Pregnancy-related diseases covered 817 medical records.In gynecological diseases,besides the inflammatory diseases,infertility-related diseases ranked the second.Functional menstrual abnormalities mainly distributed in the young.【Conclusion】 The Prepotent Technical Center in the Guangdong corps Hospital should strengthen the prevention promote of the reproductive system problems of the female officers and soldiers and improve their reproductive healthcares.
