摘　　要：我国作为世界虾产品第一大生产国,第三大出口国,虾加工工序仍多采用手工完成。随着劳动力成本提高,出口贸易竞争日渐激烈,企业对虾加工装备技术迫切需求。本文在分析国内外虾加工装备技术之后,提出了广东省虾加工装备技术研究关键及重点。The most shrimp is producted in china and the exports rank third in the world, hut shrimp processing is still completed manully. With the labor cost increased and exports trade increasingly competitive, there is an urgent need of shrimp processing equipments. The status of shrimp processing equipments in the world is presented in this paper, and the key research flied of shrimp processing equipments in Guangdong is proposed.
