摘  要:主要研究了由2-甲基-2-丁烯为原料合成粉檀麝香。在合成HMT的部分,分别通过单因素实验,确定了较好的反应条件:反应时间为4h,反应温度为0℃,催化剂的用量与对伞花烃的用量摩尔比为1∶15,2-甲基-2-丁烯用量为2个当量,此时中间体HMT的收率达到67.02%。在Phantolide的合成部分,通过单因素试验,找到了反应收率较高的反应条件为:反应时间4h,反应温度20℃,三氯化铝的用量为3个当量,乙酰氯用量为1个当量,此时反应收率可达88.92%。The process for preparing phantolide using 2-methyl-2-butene as material was detailly introducted.In the part of producing HMT,through single-factor-experiments,the best condition was found: reaction time was 4 h,reaction temperature was 0℃,the molar ratio of aluminium chloride to p-cymene was 1:15,the quantity of 2-methyl-2-butene was 2eq,and the yield of reaction was 67.02%.In the part of producing phantolide,through single-factor-experiments,the highest yield of reaction condition was confirmed as: reaction time was 4h,reaction temperature was 20℃,the quantity of aluminum chloride was 3eq,the quantity of acetyl chloride was 1.0eq,and the yield of reaction was as high as 88.92%.
