PET工程塑料结晶性能的改善

摘　　要：设计了４组配方，并运用ＤＴＡ、ＤＳＣ、结晶速度仪、Ｘ射线衍射仪等测试手段，对ＰＥＴ共混物的结晶性能进行了较全面的研究．结果表明：结晶成核剂Ａ对于热结晶温度（tｍｃ）的升高作用明显，是很好的结晶成核剂；聚酯弹性体能够大幅度降低冷结晶温度（tｃc），是较好的结晶促进剂．4 prescriptions were designed, and the crystallizing rate was studied by usingDTA,DSC,crystallizing rate apparatus and X-ray diffraction. The results indicate thatnucleating agent A increases melt-crystalline temperature (tmc) greatly, so it is a goodnucleating agent; the cold-crystalline temperature(tcc) is decreased with addtion of theelastic polyester,and so it is a good crystallization rate promoter.
