外环下精索静脉显微解剖结扎术对精索静脉曲张患者精液质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨外环下精索静脉显微解剖结扎术对精索静脉曲张患者精子质量的影响。方法对67例精索静脉曲张患者行经外环下精索静脉显微解剖结扎术(显微结扎组),对58例精索静脉曲张患者行经腹膜后精索静脉高位结扎术(高位结扎组),术后对两组患者进行随访比较。结果显微结扎组治疗后精子数量、正常形态、活力均优于高位结扎组(P<0.01),畸形率低于高位结扎组(P<0.05);并发症、复发率无明显差别。结论采用外环下精索静脉显微解剖结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张,对于改善精子质量明显优于经腹膜后精索静脉高位结扎术。Objective To evaluate the semen quality of patients with varicocele by subinguinal microsurgery varicocelectomy or retroperitoneal varicocele ligation.Methods The clinical data of 125 patients with varicocele were randomly divided into two groups.Group A（67 patients） was performted with subinguinal microsurgery varicoceletomy and group B（58 patients） with retroperitoneal varicocele ligation.Results The semen quantity and activity of group A are better than group B（P0.01）,and the deformans rate is lower than the group B（P0.05）.There was no difference between the recurrence and complication in the two groups.Conclusion Subinguinal microsurgery varicocelectomy would be a better choice in improving the semen quality.
