黄蜀葵花红外指纹图谱的研究

摘　　要：目的:建立黄蜀葵花的红外指纹特征图谱,为其品种的鉴定及品质评价提供新技术。方法:溴化钾压片,采用峰位、相对吸光度的定性分析方法。结果:通过对10批次样品的分析,初步建立了黄蜀葵花的傅立叶变换红外指纹图谱,方法学考察结果显示符合要求,但其反映黄蜀葵花花冠和花萼区别的特征不明显。结论:该方法简便、重复性好、特征性强。Objective：To establish the infrared （IR） fingerprints to identify Abelmoschl manihot （L.） medic and provide a new technique for their identification and quality estimation. Methods： Pressed with KBr , analyze the peak position and relative absorption. Results： Through to ten raid of sample analyses, established initially had Abelmoschl manihot （ L. ） medic＇ s Fourier transformation infrared fingerprint atlas, the methodology inspection result demonstrated conformed to the requirement, but it reflected the corolla and the calyx difference characteristic not obvious. Conclusion： The method of FTIR is simple, duplication good and characteristic value.
