摘　　要：目的：建立HPLC测定注射用夏天无总碱中比枯枯灵的含量。方法：采用Polaris C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）色谱柱，以乙腈-0．1％三氟醋酸（24：76）为流动相，检测波长为225nm。结果-比枯枯灵在0．006～0．09μg与峰面积线性关系良好，平均加样回收率为100．7％，RSD=2．06％。结论：本方法灵敏度高，分离度良好，可用于测定注射用夏天无总碱中比枯枯灵的含量。Objective： To establish the method for determining the content of Bicuculline in total alkaloids of Coryadlis ambailis migo by HPLC. Methods： Using Polaris Cls （4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm）as analytical column, with acetonitril-trifluoroacetic acid （ 24 ： 76 ） as mobile phase, detection wavelength at 225 nm. Results： The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 006 - 0.09μg of bicuculline. The average recovery was 100. 7 %. and related standard deviation（RSD）was 2. 06 %. Conclusion： This method with high sensitivity and resolution can be used to determine the content of bicuculline in total alkaloids of Coryadlis ambailis migo powder injection.
