摘　　要：目的：探讨survivin、bax基因在白毛藤诱导人胃癌细胞凋亡中的作用。方法：不同浓度白毛藤作用于BGC-823细胞48h后，荧光显微镜观察BGC-823细胞凋亡情况，RT—PCR法检测survivin、bax基因表达量的变化。结果：白毛藤能诱导BGC-823细胞凋亡，并且上调bax和降低survivin表达。结论：白毛藤能促进BGC-823细胞凋亡，其机制可能与激活bax、抑制survivin表达有关。Objective： To investigate the effect of the bax and survivin gene in whole herb of Solanum lyratum ThuMb. inducing apoptosis of human gastric cancer lines BGC-823 cell. Methods： BGC-823 ceils were treated with water extract of whole herb of S. lyratum at different concentrations, After 48h, the apoptosis of BGC-823 cell was observed by fluorescence microscope, and the levels of bax and survivin gene expression were detected by RT-PCR method. Results： The water extract of whole herb of S. lyratum has obviously apoptosis-inducing effects on BGC-823 cells and could effectively decrease the level of survivin gene expression and increase the level of bax gene expression. Conclusion： The water extract of whole herb of S. lyratum could induce apoptosis of BGC-823 cells probably through down regulating bax gene expression and u Pregulating survivin gene expression.
