摘 要:在微波条件下,合成了溴化1-丁基-3-乙基咪唑离子液体,并用红外对其结构进行了表征。在反应釜中,分别考虑了催化剂种类、反应温度、反应时间、离子液体以及催化剂的用量对聚碳酸酯在溴化1-丁基-3-乙基咪唑离子液体中水解反应的降解程度的影响,并用红外光谱对降解产物进行了表征。实验结果表明:聚碳酸酯的水解反应,在催化剂CuO的作用下,反应温度为140℃,反应时间为4h,m(离子液体):m(PC)=2:5,m(CuO):m(PC)=1.5%,m(水):m(PC)=5.0的条件下可以完全降解,红外光谱表明水解的产物为目标产物双酚A(BPA),其收率可以达到88.9%以上。Ionic liquids of l-butyl-3-ethyl imidazole bromide were synthesized under microwave heating, and the chemical structure was characterized by FT-IR. In reactor, the influence of catalyst types, reaction temperature, reaction time, amount of ionic liquids and catalyst on the degradation degree were investigated. The experiment results prove that degradation of PC can be absolute by using copperoxide on the condition of reaction temperature for 140℃, reaction time for 4 hours, m(ionic liquids):m(PC) for 2.5, m(copperoxide):m(PC) for 1.5%, m(distilled water):m(PC) for 5.0. The ratio of bisphenol A (BPA) detected as the product by FT-IR can be over 88.9%.
