清宫药对实验性家兔子宫内膜炎的病理组织形态变化的影响

摘　　要：子宫内膜炎是一种常见的奶牛生殖系统疾病,是造成奶牛不孕的主要原因之一。它严重影响奶牛的繁殖力,给奶牛业造成严重的经济损失。清宫药为纯中药复方制剂,临床上用于治疗和预防奶牛子宫内膜炎,效果显著,为探讨其疗效机理,本试验利用加州兔对清宫药进行了药效学研究。结果显示:与模型组相比,清宫药对实验性急性家兔子宫内膜炎有较好的治疗作用(P﹤0.05)。Endometritis is a common reproductive system disease and one of the main causes of infertility of cow,which is seriously affected the productivity of cow and cause enormous economic losses to the cow rearing industry.As a compound preparation of pure traditional Chinese medicine,Qinggong drug is used for clinical treatment and prevention of cows Endometritis.In this experiment,California rabbit was used to study the pharmacodynamics of Qinggong drug.The results demonstrated that Qinggong drug is effective to treat of acute endometritis of experimental rabbits when compared with the model group.
