摘　　要：使用双波长高效液相色谱法同时测定奶牛血清中的VitA和VitE含量,及时监控奶牛维生素营养状况,对预防和控制奶牛维生素缺乏症,具有重要的现实意义。Vitamin nutrition status of cows should be controled regularly by determinating the contents of Vitamin A and Vitamin E in cow serum with Dual-wavelength High-performance Liquid Chromatography.It is valuable to prevent and control cows vitamins deficiency.
