摘 要:介绍一种适用于复杂表面切削加工的解决方案。该方案基于模块化理念,应用CAD/CAM技术、数控高速切削技术和新型刀具,把复杂表面加工转化为一种简捷、高效的加工流程。所述模式把复杂表面描述为:最大投影面、最小凹部半径、型腔深度三个基本特征,并以此为依据进行离散化设计,使其成为可以实施加工的模块。模块由坐标平面、平坦曲面、陡峭曲面和组合构造构成。对模块进一步离散为等高切削层,并自动生成切削量均化的高速切削路径及其数控切削程序。这种模式适用于大型零件模样和原型的切削加工。A solution for cutting complex surface is introduced.It adopts the conception of modular,employs CAD/CAM technology,high speed NC cutting technique and the new tools.This solution makes the processing of complex surface a simple,high-efficiency manufacturing flow.The solution proposed describes the complicated surface by using its characteristic features,including: maximum projection face,minimum recess radius and cavity depth,based on which the complex surface is desecrated and transformed into manufacturable divisions.Each division is composed by coordinate planes,flat surfaces and steep surfaces,and it can be further desecrated into final cutting layers.At the same time,the evenly distributed high-speed cutting route and NC program can be generated automatically.It should be noted that this solution is suitable for the manufacturing of large part samples and prototypes.
