摘 要:分析了无底柱分段崩落法端部放矿时矿石损失贫化的原因以及损失率和贫化率计算中存在的问题,采用随机介质放矿理论,视端部放矿时的放出体为旋转体,推导了端部放矿时贫化率和损失率的计算公式。测量出矿岩散体流动参数后,根据该计算公式,可给出不同放矿方式下的贫化率和损失率。结合一具体工程实例,计算了该矿山端部放矿时的理论损失率和贫化率,并与现场实践结果进行了对比。对比结果表明,理论预测值与实际值基本相符,说明所建立的贫化率与损失率的计算公式符合实际情况。The reasons of ore loss and dilution on end ore drawing in sublevel caving were analyzed and the existing problems on computational method of loss ratio and dilution ratio on end ore drawing were discussed.Based on the random medium ore-drawing theory,the computational method of loss ratio and dilution ratio on end drawing was established regarding the side drawnbody as a rotating body.Given the flow parameters of loose body of ore and rock,the value of loss ratio and dilution ratio on different ore drawing conditions could be decided based on these calculation formula.Lastly,the theoretical loss ratio and dilution ratio was calculated and was compared with the practical value of end ore drawing combined with an underground mine engineering practice.The contrast results show that theoretical value is corresponded with the practical value well and indicate that the theoretical calculations of loss ration and dilution ration is met with the actual situation practice.
