摘  要:预测井下煤岩动力灾害的钻屑量预警值由于受现场条件、人的主观判断等因素影响,准确性较差,根据钻屑量与电磁辐射幅值均可以表征应力集中程度这一原理,收集平顶山天安煤业股份有限公司八矿戊9.10-12160工作面电磁辐射和钻屑量监测数据,利用曲线拟合找出二者的对应关系,同时在实验室测出该工作面煤岩样发生破坏前电磁辐射幅值一般在60 mV左右波动,最大值达到100 mV,依此计算出井下钻屑量的预警值为3.09 kg/m,最大值为5.462 kg/m,通过现场验证具有较高的准确性,证明该方法可以作为井下钻屑量预警值的确定方法。The warning value of drilling cuttings weight for predicting coal and rock dynamic disaster was affected on site conditions,subjective judgments and other factors,so the poor accuracy results were obtained usually.Based on the principle of stress concentration reflected by drilling cuttings weight and electromagnetic radiation,the date about drilling cuttings weight and electromagnetic radiation of coal mining face Wu9.10-12160 of No.8 Mine of Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Mining Corparation Limited was collected,and the corresponding relationship of two ways was obtained through curve fitting.The damage occurred critical value of electromagnetic radiation of the coal and rock samples of this face that was measured in the laboratory is around 60 mV,and the maximum is 100 mV.The drilling cuttings weight of this face was obtained using the fitted curve is 3.09 kg/m,and the maximum is 5.462 kg/m.The warning value of drilling cuttings weight can be determined and high accuracy results can be obtained through this method.
