摘 要:采用热分析法研究白泥、碱渣、电石渣和盐泥等4种工业废弃物和淄博石灰石的煅烧反应,借助XRD技术分析物相组成,采用积分法求解煅烧动力学参数,并综合分析煅烧性能和动力学特性。结果表明,废弃物的分解率TG曲线呈阶段特征,白泥为两阶段煅烧分解模式,电石渣、碱渣和盐泥均为多阶段分解模式,而石灰石为一阶段分解模式;白泥、电石渣和石灰石具有相似的动力学特性,煅烧活化能E随分解率α的增大而减小;碱渣和盐泥的动力学特性相似,E随α的增大而增大;4种废弃物在煅烧反应后期,活化能E和指前因子k0之间存在补偿效应;可以采用等动力学温度方法判断废弃物的煅烧活性强弱,α为90%时的判断结果为:电石渣>白泥>碱渣>盐泥。Calcination reaction processes of four kinds of industrial wastes including white clay,alkali slag,carbide slag,salt slurry,and Zibo limestone,were studied using thermogravimetric analysis method.Mineral component structure was investigated by means of XRD(X-ray Diffraction) analysis technology.Calcination kinetic parameters were calculated by integral method.Calcination performance and kinetic characteristics were analyzed as a whole.The results show that decomposition ratio TG curves of the industrial wastes present multi-stage characteristic,that is,the decomposition ratio TG curve of white clay presents a two-stage reaction mode,those of carbide slag,alkali slag and salt slurry present a multi-stage reaction mode,that of limestone presents a one-stage reaction mode.White clay,carbide slag and limestone have similar kinetic characteristics,whose calcination activation energies(E) decrease as the decomposition ratio(α) increases.Alkali slag and salt slurry have similar kinetic characteristics,whose calcination activation energies grow as the decomposition ratio increases.The activation energy and the coefficient k0 show a compensation effect at the late stage of calcination reaction for the industrial wastes.Calcination activities of the industrial wastes could be judged by the method based on isokinetic temperature,whose sequence from strong to weak is carbide slag,white clay,alkali slag and salt slurry respectively when α is 90%.
