城市发展脉络视角下的文化产业空间布局研究

摘　　要：文化产业作为城市经济发展中的重要新生力量,其发展与布局越来越受到城市决策者的关注。城市文化产业的健康快速发展取决于合理的产业布局,从世界文化产业的发展趋势来看,产业集群是文化产业发展的重要组织形式和文化产业布局体系的重要标志,而文化产业集群具有较为强烈的地理空间聚集特征。在我国城市经济发展和结构转型大背景下,本文针对文化产业集群化发展的趋势,通过分析我国的城市化进程与城市文化产业发展的关系,提出了以城市发展脉络指导文化产业空间布局的规划思路,强调城市发展脉络对延续城市文化及其产业发展的重要影响作用,并以南昌市青云谱区的文化产业规划为例,对城市文化产业发展空间布局进行了探索性的实证研究。Cultural industry,as the significant part of urban economics,attracts more urban decision-maker′s attention on its development and layout,and the clustering is a vital symbol of organization and layout system of cultural industry,which has the characteristics of spatial aggregation.The paper firstly analyzes the clustering trend of cultural industry layout and the relationship between China′s urbanization process and cultural industry development,Based on the analysis,it then puts forward the very planning thinking which mainly uses the urban development trajectory to guide the cultural industry spatial layout.Lastly,with the cultural planning of Qingyunpu district of Nanchang City as a case study,the paper tries to give a thorough picture of exploratory research on the spatial layout of urban cultural industry.
