摘 要:目的:研究给药剂量及毛发颜色对豚鼠毛发中氯胺酮分布与代谢的影响。方法:豚鼠分高、中、低给药剂量3组或黑、棕、白色3组,单次和连续腹腔注射(ip)盐酸氯胺酮,给药后不同时间采集豚鼠毛发,毛发样品处理后采用气相色谱/质谱联用(GC/MS)全扫描定性,气相色谱(GC)定量分析毛发中的氯胺酮及其代谢物。结果:给药剂量与毛发内氯胺酮及去甲氯胺酮的检出量之间相关系数r值平均为0.91和0.84,3种毛发颜色中氯胺酮及去甲氯胺酮含量顺序为黑色>棕色>白色(P<0.05)。结论:给药剂量与毛发内氯胺酮及去甲氯胺酮的检出量之间有相关性,不同毛发颜色中氯胺酮及去甲氯胺酮检出量不同。氯胺酮滥用案件中可根据毛发内药物检出量推断滥用剂量,实际应用中应考虑毛发颜色对分析结果的影响。Objective: To study the influence on distribution and metabolism of ketamine in guinea pigs hair by hair color and drug dosage.Methods:Guinea pigs were divided into three groups by administration dosage or hair color.Guinea pigs were given ketamine with a single dose or continuous doses through intraperitoneal injection(ip),the hair were collected before and after ketamine administration.Ketamine and norketamine in hair were analyzed by GC/MS and GC.Results:The average correlation coefficients(r) of ketamine(norketamine) concentrations in guinea pigs hair and administrated doses of ketamine were 0.91 and 0.84,respectively.The ketamine concentration in guinea pigs hair was black hair brown hair white hair(P0.05).Conclusion:There is a good corelation between administrated doses of ketamine to guinea pigs and the concentration of ketamine(norketamine) in hair.The concentration of ketamine(norketamine) are different with hair color of guinea pigs.Ketamine abused information can be inferred from hair analysis and the influence of hair color should be considered in ketamine abused cases.
