禁毒社工丙肝(HCV)相关知识评估与提供HCV相关服务情况调查

摘　　要：目的:调查上海市禁毒社工丙肝(HCV)相关知识水平,初步了解禁毒社工HCV相关知识掌握情况及提供HCV相关服务情况及影响因素。方法:对165名禁毒社工HCV相关知识及工作中为帮教对象提供相关服务情况进行评估,采用调查问卷形式,内容包括受试对象一般情况、提供HCV相关服务情况及HCV相关知识评估。结果:被试对象HCV相关知识问卷平均得分为8.47分,76%的禁毒社工在工作中从未给患者提供过HCV相关知识,86%的禁毒社工认为自己没有掌握足够的HCV相关知识9,8%的禁毒社工认为自己需要进一步接受HCV相关知识的培训。知识评估得分较高者以及认为自己具备足够HCV相关知识的社工在实际工作中更多地为帮教对象提供相关服务。结论:禁毒社工对HCV相关知识的了解程度存在较大的欠缺,需尽快对他们进行HCV相关知识的培训,以便今后工作中对患者进行相关知识的教育和干预。Objective： This study measured the HCV knowledge level of social workers in Shanghai to find out what the related factors of social workers providing HCV-related services to the patients.Methods：One hundred and sixty five anti-drug social workers who totally came from Shanghai were interviewed.A structured screening questionnaire,HCV Knowledge Scale was used to collect the information regarding（1）general conditions;（2） the knowledge of hepatitis C.Results：Overall,12 of 20 items on HCV Knowledge Assessment were not answered correctly by the majority of the participating social workers.The average score of HCV knowledge was only 8.47.Among the social workers,76%,86%,98%,respectively had never provided any HCV-related knowledge or treatment;didn＇t have enough HCV-related knowledge and indicated that they needed HCV-related knowledge training.Those who had enough HCV-related knowledge and got high score of HCV knowledge would provide more HCV-related knowledge or treatment in their daily social work.Conclusion：There are significant gaps in knowledge about HCV among social workers in drug treatment programs.Results suggest that effective HCV-related training for all staff in drug treatment programs is needed.
