摘　　要：介绍了四氯化硅釜残液在蒸浓过程中,在不同温度下的粘度和残余四氯化硅浓度,从而确定四氯化硅釜残处理的最佳条件。During vaporization-concentration of cauldron bottom residue of silicon tetrachloride,viscosity of the residue and silicon tetrachloride concentration in the residue were analyzed.Then the best treatment conditions of the cauldron bottom residue were determined.
