摘  要:试验旨在研究中药复方制剂对高温下肉鸡小肠黏膜厚度、绒毛长度、隐窝深度的影响。选用1日龄美国艾维茵白羽肉鸡180只为试验对象,随机分成3组,分别为高温对照组、中药1组、中药2组,每组设4个重复,每个重复15只鸡。试验期为42 d,分两个阶段:1~21日龄和22~42日龄。在21、42日龄取材,采用组织切片及组织化学染色方法检测肉鸡十二指肠、空肠、回肠的黏膜厚度、绒毛长度与隐窝深度。结果表明:在21、42日龄,与对照组相比,添加中药复方Ⅰ和中药复方Ⅱ后,肉鸡十二指肠、空肠和回肠的黏膜厚度和绒毛长度显著增加(P〈0.05);十二指肠和回肠隐窝深度显著下降(P〈0.05),空肠隐窝深度在21日龄时有升高趋势,42日龄差异不显著(P〉0.05)。以上结果提示添加中药复方可显著改善高温应激条件下肉鸡的小肠黏膜形态结构。This study was designed to study the effects of Chinese herbal compound preparation on broilers intestinal mucous morphosis under high temperature.180 one-day-old A A broilers with white feather were randomly divided into 3 groups and treated as following: high temperature control group,Chinese medicine group 1,Chinese medicine group 2.Every treat consists of 4 repeats and there are 15 broilers in every repeat.the experimental period were divided two stages: 1~21 days and 22~42 days.On the 21,42 days of age,four broilers were randomly selected from each repeat group and sacrificed,and then duodenum,jejunum,ileum were isolated to prepare tissue section and HE stain.Intestinal mucosa thickness,villus length and crypt depth were observed under light microscope.The results show that compared with the control group,the mucosa thickness and villus length in duodenum,jejunum and ileum of Chinese medicine compound 1 and 2 were increased significantly;crypt depth in duodenum and ileum were decreased significantly,and jejunal crypt depth were increased at 21 days of age but no difference for 42 days.These results suggested that adding Chinese herbal compound can significantly improve broiler intestine mucosal morphology under high temperature.
