摘　　要：天然氨基酸的还原是获得手性β-氨基醇的高效方法,本文综述了不同反应体系还原L-酪氨酸的方法并分析各种方法存在的问题,为实验的顺利开展奠定基础.The reduction of natural amino acids is efficient method to obtain chiral β-amino alcohols.Research development on reduction of L-tyrosine using different reaction systems were summarized in detail and the problems existed in various ways were also discussed.The efforts help to carry out the experiment successfully.
