卵裂期胚胎、囊胚的玻璃化冷冻解冻的妊娠结果分析

摘　　要：目的比较卵裂期胚胎、囊胚行玻璃化冷冻解冻后的妊娠结果。方法回顾性分析2010年6月～2010年9月在该院生殖中心行玻璃化冷冻解冻患者共185周期的妊娠情况;其中卵裂期胚胎冷冻解冻后移植者127周期,卵裂期胚胎解冻后行囊胚培养后移植者42周期,囊胚冻融后移植16周期。结果玻璃化冷冻解冻患者共185周期,移植176周期,获得妊娠75周期,妊娠率42.61%;卵裂期胚胎冻融后移植者,卵裂期胚胎解冻后行囊胚培养者,囊胚冻融移植者复苏率分别为96.76%(299/309)、95.83%(161/168)、94.12%(32/34),着床率分别为22.37%(66/295)、23.44%(15/64)、50%(14/28),妊娠率分别为40.94%(52/127)、33.33%(11/33)、75%(12/16)。卵裂期胚胎解冻后行囊胚培养的患者共42人,其中有9人未形成可移植囊胚而取消移植。其他两组解冻后没有取消移植的例数。结论 3组的玻璃化冻融复苏率无统计学差异。囊胚冷冻解冻能获得较高的着床率和妊娠率。【Objective】 To compare the pregnancy after vitrification for human cleaved embryos and human blastocysts.【Methods】 Retrospective analysis of 185 patients who conduct embryos vitrification from Jun.2010 to Sept.2010.Include 127 patients who conduct vitrification of cleaved embryos,42 patients whose cleaved embryos conduct blastocyst culture after warming,and 16 patients who conduct vitrification of blastocysts.【Results】 In 185 vitrified embryo thaw cycles,176 cycles were transferred,75 were obtained success pregnancy.The pregnancy rates was 42.61%.The survival rates of cleaved embryos,cleaved embryos conduct blastocyst culture after warming,and blastocysts were 96.76%（299/309）,95.83%（161/168）,94.12%（32/34） respectively.The implantation rates among these groups were 22.37%（66/295）,23.44%（15/64）,50%（14/28）,and the pregnancy rates were 40.94%（52/127）,33.33%（11/33）,75%（12/16）.【Conclusion】 The survival rates of these three groups showed no statistical differences.The implantation rate and the pregnancy rate of vitrified blastocysts are higher than those of cleaved embryos and cleaved embryos conduct blastocyst culture after warming.
