摘  要:为寻找防治水稻潜根线虫的植物源农药,测定了稀释5、10、20倍的6种植物的20%乙醇提取液对水稻潜根线虫的杀虫活性。结果表明,杏仁有较强的杀线活性;黄芩、一枝蒿、辣椒的杀线活性次之;鸡蛋花(叶、花)、干姜杀线活性弱。6种植物的提取液随稀释倍数的增加,杀线活性降低。In order to find botanical pesticides to control Hirschmanniella spp.which are the main rice parasitic nematodes,the ethanol extractions from six different plant species were diluted 5 times,10 times,20 times for detection.The results indicated that Prunus armeniaca L.have the strongest nematicidal activity.While the activity of the extractions from Capsicum annuum L,Artemisia rupestris L and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi appeared less effective than Prunus armeniaca L.The pessimal nematicidal activity was discoveried in the extraction from Plumeria rubra L.cv.acutifolia and Zingiber officinale Rosc.In addition,the nematicidal activity was reduced with the increment of the dilution.
