芪麦益心颗粒治疗心力衰竭的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芪麦益心颗粒治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将80例心力衰竭患者随机分为2组,两组都采用强心、利尿、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂等常规西药,治疗组43例,在西药基础上采用芪麦益心颗粒。均连续用药1个月,观察2组治疗前后综合疗效、心功能、电解质、肝肾功能变化及不良反应情况。结果:治疗组有效率88.4%,对照组有效率70.3%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。且治疗组电解质、肝肾功能无明显改变,临床观察无明显毒副作用。结论:芪麦益心颗粒治疗心力衰竭疗效显著,无明显毒副作用。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating heart failure with Qimai Yixin particles. Methods： Randomly divided 80 cases of heart failure patients into two groups. Treating both of them with cardiac, diuretic and angiotensin-converting enzyme-inhibitors The treatment group was 43 cases which given Qimai Yixin particles. A week later, observing heart function, electrolyte, liver and kidney function and side effects of the two groups. Results： The effective rate was 88.4% in treatment group while the other was 70.3%. The comp aring between the two groups made obvious difference （P〈0.05）. The electrolyte, liver and kidney function of the treatment group had no obvious changes so as the side effect of the clinical observation. Conclusion： Treating heart failure with Qimai Yixin particles made a exact effect and had no obvious side effect.
