摘　　要：目的:观察自拟益气养阴方治疗中老年糖尿病临床疗效。方法:给予所选84例2型糖尿病患者在常规治疗的基础上,加服自拟益气养阴方,每日一剂。结果:治疗84例,显效59例,有效19例,总有效率92.86%。结论:自拟益气养阴方可有效治疗中老年糖尿病,且临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating the eldly diabetes of type II with Yiqi Yangyin prescription. Methods On the basement of normal treating among the 84 examples, adding with Yiqi Yangyin prescription, once a day. Results： Amomg the 84 cases, the markedly were 59 cases while the effective were 19, and the total effective rate was 92.86%. Conlusion： Yiqi Yangyin prescription could effectively treat the eldly diabetes of type Ⅱand the clinical effect was outstanding.
