图书馆引入服务科学(SSME)的可行性分析

摘　　要：服务一直是图书馆讨论的主题,也是服务科学(SSME)产生的基础。图书馆服务活动本身就具有SSME的属性,主要体现在:图书馆服务强调跨学科;具有SSME的三大基本要素;且拥有与SSME相同的目标——服务创新。基于此,SSME的提出,为图书馆服务提供了多方面的支撑优势。它不仅推动图书馆服务创新,体现出图书馆服务能力,而且具有服务价值导向作用,还丰富了图书馆服务的内容。Service is always a hot topic in library,which is the foundation of Services Sciences,Management and Engineering（SSME）.Library service has the characteristics of SSME in essence.That is,library science stresses multi-disciplinary,and is composed of three elements of SSME,and hopes to get the same goal as SSME,which is called service innovation.Based on those,SSME provides library service with many advantages,which not only promotes library service innovation,demonstrates the capability of library service,but also has the function of service-orientation,and enriches the content of library service.
