摘　　要：无论是在计划经济还是在市场经济条件下,公有制都能达到社会绩效最大化。公有制能达到社会绩效最大化体现在,相对于私有制它更有利于宏观经济效率的提升以及注重社会公平等。公有制要达到社会绩效最大化需要具备一定的前提条件。No matter whether it is in planned economy or under market economy condition, public ownership system can achieve maximum social performance. This is because it is more advantageous for macro economic efficiency in comparison with private ownership system and it has more emphasis on the social fairness, etc. Public ownership system needs a certain prerequisite if it wants to achieve social performance maximization.
