女性睡眠呼吸暂停相关性高血压患者一般临床资料的分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨女性睡眠呼吸暂停相关性高血压患者的一般临床资料特征、不同年龄分布及其合并疾病情况。方法:采用回顾性方法,将诊断明确的女性高血压患者425例,根据多导睡眠仪监测结果分为四组,分析对比四组患者的临床资料、年龄分布及合并疾病情况。结果:Ⅳ组的年龄、腰围、BMI及AHI均明显高于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组(P<0.01);在Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组OSAHS患者中年人所占比例最高,而在Ⅳ组患者中老年人所占比例为多(=47.541,P<0.001)。结论:在女性睡眠呼吸暂停相关性高血压患者中,重度OSAHS组BMI和腰围较高,以老年为多见;合并有多种心脑血管疾病,应给予高度的重视。Objective To analysis clinical characteristics, age distribution and complications of female sleep apnea associated hypertension patients. Methods Retrospective study was performed in 425 female hypertensive patients, which were classified into four groups dependent on the findings of polysomnography （PSG）. The clinical characteristics, age distribution and complications of patients were compared among four groups. Results Age,WC（ waist circumference）, BMI and AHI of group Iv had higher level than other groups（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Middleaged in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ had the greatest proportion,however,elderly in group Ⅳ（ =47. 541 ,P 〈0. 001 ）. Conclusion Among female sleep apnea associated hypertension patients, severe patients have higher BMI,WC and are common in elderly. It is frequently accompanied with carbohydrate diseases and should be fully assessed.
