摘  要:目的:为及时了解ICU住院患者侵入性操作相关感染实际发病情况,便于采取针对性预防控制措施。方法:在全院综合性医院感染病例监测基础上,采用前瞻性调查方法对2009年1-12月外科ICU收住患者开展医院感染目标性监测。结果:外科ICU3930例住院患者中,医院感染发生率为2.75%,患者日感染率为14.13‰,经病情严重程度(ASIS法)调整后的感染发生率1.34%,患者日感染率6.89‰。以呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率较高(14.93‰)。经过干预呼吸机相关肺炎发生率由上半年16.14‰降至下半年13.59‰。结论:针对医院感染重点科室和重点部位开展目标性监测,可降低医院感染发生率,增强医院感染管理的效力。Objective To investigate the incidence of invasive nosocomial infection in ICU patients and its risk factors. And to take prevention measures from infection. Methods The nosoeomial infection of SICU patients from Jan to Dec 2009 were investigated using the method of target monitoring. The nosocomial infection rate was adjusted by the method of ASIS. Results Among 3930 patients in SICU, the nosocomial infection incidence was 2.75% , and the nosocomial infection rate per day was 14.13‰. The incidence of nosocomial infection in patients was 1.34% , and the nosocomial infection rate per day was 6.89‰ after regulated by the method of ASIS. Ventilator - associated pneumonia (VAP) is the capital catheter - associated nosocomial infection( 14. 93‰). The incidence of VAP decreased from 16.14‰ in first half of the year to 13.59‰ in second half the year by intervention. Conclusion ICU is a key department for the surveillance of nosocomial infection . Target monitoring in ICU is an effective surveillance method to reduce the prevalence of nosocomial infection and to increase the efficiency of nosocomial infection management.
