2型糖尿病患者血浆Apelin水平改变及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血浆Apelin水平变化及其与年龄、性别、体重指数、病程、血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血浆胰岛素水平、血脂、糖尿病并发症及合并症的关系,以及在肥胖、胰岛素抵抗及2型糖尿病中的可能作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法测定了T2DM患者和正常糖调节(NGR)人群空腹血浆Apelin水平及T2DM患者餐后2h血浆Apelin水平,并分析了血浆Apelin水平与年龄、性别、BMI、病程、血糖、HbA1c、血浆胰岛素水平、血脂、糖尿病并发症及合并症的关系。结果 (1)T2DM患者空腹血浆Apelin水平明显高于NGR组(226±95 vs.190±95 pg/ml,P<0.05)。(2)空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三脂(TG)、空腹血浆胰岛素水平(FIns)与血浆Apelin水平呈正相关(r=0.253,r=0.319,r=0.233;均P<0.05)。(3)性别,年龄,BMI,病程,HbA1c,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,有无并发症及合并症与血浆Apelin水平没有相关性。结论血浆Apelin水平与糖脂代谢有关,并可能在2型糖尿病的发生发展中具有一定的作用。Objective To investigate the change of the plasma apelin level in type 2 diabetes（T2DM） patients and the relationships between plasma apelin level and sex,age,BMI,course of diseases,FPG,2hPG,HbA1c,plasmainsulin level and complication of DM,and it＇s possible function on obesity,insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes.Methods Plasma apelin levels in the fasting and glucose overload 2h were assayed by ELISA in the patients with T2DM and controls.The relationships between plasma apelin level and sex,age,BMI,course of diseases,FPG,2hPG,HbA1c,plasma insulin level and complication of DM were also analyzed.Results The plasma apelin level in T2DM patients was significantly higher than that in controls.The levels of FPG,TG and 2h plasma insulin level were positively correlated with the plasma apelin level,while other factors such as sex,age,BMI,course of diseases,2hPG,HbA1c,fasting plasma insulin level and complication of DM had no correlation with the plasma apelin level.Conclusion The plasma apelin level is related with glucose and lipid metabolism and it might play a role in the development of T2DM.
