摘 要:目的 研究云克对D-半乳糖亚急性衰老小鼠模型肝脏抗氧化指标的影响.方法 健康雌性昆明种小鼠48只,随机分为6组:正常空白对照组、模型组、维生素E组、云克低、中、高剂量组.给药6周后脱臼处死,取出肝脏,制成肝脏组织匀浆液,测定其对肝脏中的SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)、MDA(丙二醛)、GSH-PX(谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶)、MAO(单胺氧化酶)的影响.结果 云克能显著提高衰老小鼠肝脏SOD、GSH-PX的活性,降低衰老小鼠肝脏中MDA、MAO的含量,云克组、维生素E组之间无统计学意义.结论 云克能保护机体免受自由基的损伤,进而发挥抗氧化作用及延缓衰老.Objective To verify whether yunke(Technetium [99Tc] Methylenediphosphonate Injection;99Tc- MDP) has the effect of anti-aging by observing the change of subacute aging mice' liver antioxidant indexes. Methods 48 healthy female Kunming mice were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal control group,model group,vitamin E and low, middle and high dosage of yunke.The content of MDA(malondialdehyde),the activity of SOD(superoxide dismutase),GSH-PX(glutathione peroxidase) and MAO(monoamine oxidase) in liver were determined when the mice were killed after 6 weeks. Results Yunke could significantly improve the activity of SOD,GSH-PX,and decrease contents of MDA and MAO in liver.The administration of yunke and vitamin E showed no different degrees of elevating the SOD,GSH-PX activities,and reducing the content of MDA and MAO in liver.Compared with the normal control group,the activity of SOD and GSH-PX were reduced significantly in the liver of the model group,the MDA and MAO content of liver was increased.Conclusions Yunke plays the role of anti-oxidation and anti-aging by protecting the body from free radical damage.
