胃苏颗粒联合盐酸雷尼替丁对急性心肌梗死后胃肠道反应的观察

摘　　要：目的 观察胃苏颗粒联合盐酸雷尼替丁对急性心肌梗死后出现胃肠道反应患者的疗效.方法 选取2009年2月～2010年8月急性心肌梗死并出现胃肠道反应的患者40例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各20例,患者主要表现为反酸、嗳气、恶心、呕吐及腹胀.对照组患者出现胃肠道反应后常规给药维生素B6100mg静推,同时给药雷尼替丁0.15g口服;治疗组出现胃肠道反应后常规给予维生素B6100mg静推的同时给药雷尼替丁0.15g和胃苏冲剂10g口服,并观察2h后的疗效.结果 治疗组2h显效率为70%,明显高于对照组50%（P＜0.05）,总有效率为90%,明显高于对照组（75%）.结论 作为祖国传统中成药,胃苏颗粒具有理气消胀的功效,可作为辅助性用药迅速缓解急性心肌梗死患者出现的胃肠道反应,特别为单独使用H2受体拮抗剂无效的患者提供了一个较为有效的方法,值得进一步推广.Objective To observe clinical effect of Weisu granules and ranitidine hydrochloride for patients with gastrointestinal toxins after acute myocardial infarction. Methods We choosed 40 patients with gastrointestinal toxins from Feb 2009 to Aug 2010 from Department of Cardiology in Shougang Hospital.And the patients were randomly divided into two groups： the control group（20） and the drug-treated group（20）.The clinical manifestation is sour regurgitation, eructation, nausea,vomit,and ventosity.The control group were fed with ranitidine hydrochloride（0.15g）,and the drug-treated group were fed with Weisu granules （10g） and ranitidine hydrochloride（0.15g）. 100mg vitamin B6 were administrated intravenously to the two groups as mormal.And the clinical effect were observed 2h later. Results Remarkable effect rate of the drug-treated group（70%） is higher than the control group（50%）;Total effective rate of the drug-treated group （90%） is higher than the control group（75%）. Conclusions As a Chinese traditional medicine,Weisu granules has the effect of regulating flow of gas and expelling gas and ameliorating auxiliarily gastrointestinal symptom of patients with AMI and should be utilized therapeutically, especially for the patients who do not benefit from the H2 receptor antagonist alonely.
