摘　　要：目的 探讨围产期孕妇在产前做不规则抗体筛检的临床应用价值.方法 对1,181例围产期孕妇运用微柱凝胶技术进行不规则抗体筛查,阳性标本用盐水,抗人球蛋白法,结合谱细胞和各种血型试剂确定抗体特异性,并测定其抗体效价.结果 1,181例围产期孕妇检出不规则抗体6例,阳性率0.508%.结论 围产期孕妇产前不规则抗体筛检具有临床应用价值,应将其列入产前血清学检查常规项目.Objective To investigate the value of irregular antibodies screening in prenatal examination. Methods The micro-column gel technique for antibody screening was perform in 1,181 samples of prenatal women and then convenient tube test,panel cells and other blood grouping reagents was used to identify the specificity and the titer of the antibodies in positive samples. Results Irregular antibodies were identified in 6 cases of these 1,181 prenatal women,and the positive rate was 0.508%.Condusion Irregular antibodies screening is valuable in prenatal examination.It is practical to add it into the regular examinations in prenatal screening.
