高硫、高酸原油加工装置设备和管道设计选材导则编制介绍

摘　　要：SH/T 3096—2010《高硫原油加工装置设备和管道设计选材导则》和SH/T 3129—2010《高酸原油加工装置设备和管道设计选材导则》即将出版发行。两项导则的编制完成及实施,为石化行业加工高硫、高酸原油工艺设备和管道在操作运行过程中出现的腐蚀和泄露问题提出了具体的实施措施和解决办法,为石化行业加工装置长周期、安全运行提供了可靠保证。文章根据两项导则在编制过程中关键条文的编制依据以及标准内容中有关章节的来源做一介绍,以便导则的使用者在具体应用中充分的理解和诠释。充分发挥两项导则在加工高硫、高酸原油重点装置设备和管道选材时指导性和实施性作用。SH/T 3096—2010 Material Selection Guideline for Design of Equipment and Piping in Units Processing Sour Crude Oil and SH/T 3129—2010 Material Selection Guideline for Design of Equipment and Piping in Units Processing Acid Crude Oil will be issued for publication. The two guidelines bring forward practical measures and solutions for corrosion and leakage of equipment and piping in units processing sour or acid crude oil in operation process in petrochemical industry.They provide reliable guarantee for long period safe operation of petroleum processing equipment.The paper introduces compilation basis of the important provisions and sources of some sections in the two guidelines. With such introduction,the users may adequately understand the guidelines and give full play to the guidance and operability of the two guidelines in material selection for equipment and piping design in units processing sour or acid crude oil.
