关节腔三氧联合透明质酸钠注射治疗膝骨性关节炎报告

摘　　要：目的 观察三氧联合透明质酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效.方法 选取确诊的膝骨性关节炎患者69例.按就诊顺序随机分为两组,即三氧联合透明质酸钠组（O3SH组）与透明质酸钠组（SH组）.SH组34例关节腔内注入透明质酸钠,O3SH组35例先注三氧后再注入透明质酸钠治疗,观察两组患者治疗后疼痛症状、日常活动、骨摩擦音、晨僵现象进行比较.结果 SH组优25例（73.5%）,良4例（11.8%）,差5例（14.7%） O3SH组优31例（88.6%）,良3例（8.6%）,差1例（2.8%）.两组相比优率、差率、优良率P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义,O3SH组优于SH组.结论 三氧联合透明质酸钠关节腔内注射术治疗膝骨性关节炎临床效果良好,疗效优于单纯透明质酸钠关节腔内注入法.Objective To observe the clinical effects of intra-articular injection of ozone combined with sodium hyaluronate on knee osteoarthritis. Method Sixty-nine patients diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis were selected. The patients were allocated into two groups according to registration order, the group O3 SH （n = 35） with ozone and sodium hyaluronate treatments and the group SH （n = 34） with only sodium hyaluronate. The pain symptom, daily activity, bone crepitation, and morning stiffness between two groups were observed and compared. Results Twenty-five patients in SH group （73.5%） had excellent effect while 4 patients （11.8%） bad good effect and 5 patients （14.7%） had poor effect. In O3SH group, 31 patients （88.6%） bad excellent effect while 3 patients （8.6%） had good effect and 1 patient （2.8%） had poor treating effect. The rates of two groups had statistic significance（P〈0.05） with 03 SH group better than SH group. Results The clinical efficacy of intra-articular injection of ozone combined with sodium hyaluronate on knee osteoarthritis is obviously,and the result is better than only sodium hyaluronate intra-artieular injection.
