半导体激光联合口服草木犀流浸液片治疗痔高频电容场干结术后肛门肿痛的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 观察半导体激光联合口服草木犀流浸液片治疗痔高频干结术后引发肛周肿痛的有效性.方法 接受痔高频电干结术后患者140例随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组70例.治疗组采用半导体激光,在肛门肿痛部位直接照射,同时口服草木犀流浸液片 对照组仅用草木犀流浸液片口服.结果 术后不同时间点治疗组肛门水肿平均积分与疼痛平均积分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义.结论 半导体激光照射联合口服草木犀流浸片是一种安全有效的治疗痔术后创面水肿与疼痛的方法.Objective To investigate the effectiveness of semiconductor laser combined with meliotus extract on anal oedema and pain after high frequency electric capacity field of hemorrhoids. Method One hundred and forty patients with anal oedema and pain after high frequency electric capacity field of hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 70 patients in each group. In the treatment group, the pain points were radiated directly by semiconductor laser, and oral meliotus extract. In control group, the patients were treated with meliotus extract only. Results In the treatment group, the relief score of anal oedema and pain at different postoperative time was lower than that in the control group, with significantly statistical difference. Conclusion Semiconductor laser combined with meliotus extract is a safe and effective method for the treatment of anal oedema and pain after high frequency electric capacity field of hemorrhoids.
