摘　　要：蛛网膜下腔注射吗啡.由于其注射较小的剂量可达到较好镇痛效果,被广泛应用于术后镇痛和癌性疼痛的镇痛.但是有几个问题仍未解决.本综述着重介绍蛛网膜下腔注射吗啡的相关副反应,如恶心、呕吐、瘙痒、尿潴留和呼吸抑制等的发生率及其治疗措施.The intrathecal administration of morphine has an advantage of lower dose requirement and more effective pain control. Therefore the strategies has been increasingly utilized for both post-operative anatgesia and cancer pain management. However, several questions remain unresolved. In this review, the incidence of adverse effects and its preventive methods associated with intrathecal morphine therapy including nausea, vomiting, pruritus, urine retention and respiratory depression were discussed.
