摘　　要：通过对低碳城市概念的解读，找出低碳城市在建设和管理中的具体方法，以此抛砖引玉，开展低碳城市建设的行动，以期探索符合中国特色的低碳城市发展之路。Through the interpretation of the concept of low-carbon city, we find the way to construct and manage the low-carbon city in the of specific methods, as initiate action to carry out the construction of low-carbon city to explore with Chinese characteristics.
