摘 要:采用模拟大生产的连续升温条件测定超低碳铝镇静钢的再结晶温度,研究了冷轧压下率对再结晶温度和各项性能的影响。分析比较发现,碳含量在0.003%(质量分数)的铝镇静钢冷轧薄板,当冷轧压下率为70%、75%、80%时,开始再结晶温度为560~570℃,T50分别在585、575、565℃左右,随冷轧压下率增大再结晶温度降低;对冷轧板经700℃模拟罩式退火后进行单向拉伸试验。结果表明,退火板具有良好的力学性能和成形性能,压下率为70%~80%时,r值随压下率增大而提高,最高可达到2.44。Recrystallization temperature of ultralow carbon aluminium killed steel was measured under continuous heating conditions of simulated large-scale production, and the effects of cold rolling reduction rate on the recrystallization temperature and properties were studied. The tensile tests were carried on the cold rolled sheets after simulated bath annealing at 700℃. The results show that, when the cold rolling reductions is 70%, 75% and 80%, the starting recrystallization temperature is 560 ℃-570 ℃ and T50 is about 585℃, 575℃ and 565 ℃, respectively for the alurninium killed steel with 0.003wt% carbon content. The recrystallization temperature decreases with the increase of cold rolling reduction rate. The good mechanical properties and formability of the steel are obtained, and the r-value increases with the increase of rolling reduction rate, the highest r-value is 2.44.
