摘　　要：采用有限元法模拟了P110石油套管热处理淬火冷却过程,得到了钢管在壁厚方向的冷却曲线,并结合其CCT曲线分析了淬火冷却的最优化工艺。通过现场测温和对淬火组织照片的观察分析,验证了本模型的正确性。The quenching process of P110 oil casing was simulated using finite element method （FEM） model. The cooling curves along lengthways of steel pipe were obtained. The optimized process parameters of P110 oil casing were analyzed through comparison the cooling curves and CCT diagram of the pipe. The model is validated by measuring temperature in site and observing quenching microstructure.
