摘  要:目的研究缝匠肌肌构筑特征和肌内神经分支分布。方法用大体解剖法解剖并观察测量20具尸体缝匠肌的肌构筑学特征;用改良Sihler's肌内神经染色法,探讨10具尸体缝匠肌肌内神经分支分布。结果缝匠肌是一块由长肌束平行排列构成的带状肌,肌质量(97.9±13.3)g,肌长(47.3±4.3)cm,肌纤维长(40.0±3.8)cm,羽状角0°,生理横切面积(2.0±2.3)cm2;缝匠肌有2支一级神经支支配,发出分支支配肌的上部和中下部,且两部肌内神经分支分布相互独立。缝匠肌中下部肌内神经分支少,吻合少,区域性分布较明显。结论缝匠肌肌内神经的分支分布与肌构筑学特点有关。Objective To provide a morphological basis for clinical muscle transplantation by determining the muscle architectural features and intramuscular nerve distribution of human sartorius.Methods The muscle architectural features of human sartorii from 20 human adult cadavers were observed and studied.Modified Sihler's neural staining technique was utilized to observe the intramuscular nerve distribution of 10 human cadavers.ResultsHuman sartorius was composed of long fascicles arranged in parallel.The muscle mass,muscle length,muscle fiber length,pinnate angle and cross-sectional area of human sartorius were(97.9±13.3) g,(47.3±4.3) cm,(40.0±3.8) cm,0° and(2.0±2.3) cm2,respectively.Human sartorius was innervated with two primary nerve branches.The secondary nerve branches were independently distributed in the upper part as well as the middle and lower part of sartorius.Compared with the upper part of human sartorius,the middle and lower part of human sartorius has fewer intramuscular nerve branches and anastomoses.ConclusionThere is a close relationship between intramuscular nerve distribution and muscle architectural features of human sartorius.
