摘 要:现有的激发极化测井仪器只有简单排列的电极系,只能测量激发电场断开瞬间的二次场电位的衰减值,因此只能利用极化率参数来定性评价地层性质.本文设计一种激发极化电位衰减谱测井电极系,采用阵列式组合结构,电极之间彼此绝缘,测井仪器通过单片机控制电极系来激发地层和采集数据,可以采集到整条激发极化二次场电位衰减谱,所包含的信息量远远大于现有的激发极化率测井.激发极化二次场电位衰减谱经过拟合可以得到弛豫时间谱,通过分析弛豫时间谱可以确定渗透率、孔隙结构等地层参数.根据这套电极系研制的测井样机已经取得了满意的现场试验资料.The conventional induced polarization logging tools only have simply arrayed electrode configuration. They can only measure the secondary field potential attenuation while excitation electric field is off instantaneously. Therefore it can only utilize the polarizability parameter to evaluate formation property qualitatively. This paper designs an electrode configuration of induced polarization potential decay spectrum logging. The electrode configuration adopts array composite structure. It is insulative between the electrodes each other. The tool stimulates formation and collects data through singlechip control electrode configuration. It can collect the whole secondary field potential decay spectrum of induced polarization. The information quantity contained is much larger than conventional induced polarization logging. We can obtain relaxation time spectrum by fitting secondary field potential decay spectrum of induced polarization. Then we can determine formation parameters such as formation permeability, pore structure by analyzing relaxation time spectrum. The field test results from logging prototype developed by this electrode configuration are satisfactory.
