摘  要:目的:评价固醇调节元件结合蛋白-1(SREBP-1)在寻常型银屑病表皮角质形成细胞中的表达模式和意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测SREBP-1在5例正常人表皮、17例寻常型银屑病皮损和非皮损表皮中的表达,并用图像分析方法进行半定量分析。结果:SREBP-1在正常人表皮角质形成细胞中呈细胞核表达;在银屑病非皮损及皮损表皮细胞中出现入核受阻;而SREBP-1在银屑病皮损中的表达强度较非皮损下降(P=0.047)。结论:银屑病表皮细胞中SREBF-1入核受阻,及其在皮损中表达强度的下调,可能参与银屑病的发病过程。Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of SREBP- 1 in the epidermis of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: The expression of SREBP - 1 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry method in 17 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 5 normal cont,vls. Results: The SREBP - 1 was expressed in normal human epider- mis, localized in nucleus. In psoriatic epidermis, the SREBP- 1 protein was prohibited to entry the cell nucleus. In psoriatic - involved skin, the intensity of SREBP - 1 was significantly decreased than that in uninvolved skin ( P = 0.047). Conclusion: In psoriatic epidermis, the abnormal expression of SREBP - 1 may play a role in over- proliferation of keratinocytes, which leads to impairment of barrier function of epidermis.
