超声引导下59例非肾盂旁肾囊肿抽液硬化治疗疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下非肾盂旁肾囊肿穿刺抽液硬化治疗的疗效及方法。方法 59例非肾盂旁肾囊肿患者,其中男性43例,女性16例;年龄19～80岁,平均年龄50.58岁。共66个囊肿,其中40岁以上患者46例,占78%。在超声实时引导监视下,对59例非肾盂旁肾囊肿穿刺抽液,囊液定性后注入无水乙醇冲洗,并保留5～20 mL无水乙醇,边退针边注射麻醉剂,术后嘱患者经常变换体位。结果 59例非肾盂旁肾囊肿一次穿刺成功率98.4%,总有效率100.0%,1年后治愈率79.3%,无一例次有严重并发症发生。结论用无水乙醇冲洗硬化治疗非肾盂旁肾囊肿并置留少量无水乙醇,操作简便、安全,创伤小,费用低,疗效确切,是一种理想治疗方法,值得大力推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and methods of renal non-parapelvic renal cyst under ultrasound-guided puncture.Methods A total of 59 patients（66-cyst） with non-parapelvic renal cyst were enrolled,male 43,female 16;aged 19-80 years old,mean age 50.58 years old,46 cases（78 %） aged over 40 years old.All of them were performed puncture fluid under continuous ultrasound-guided,the cyst fluid was injected into anhydrous ethanol,and retained 5-20 mL,then injected anesthetic in needle withdrawal,and changed position regularity after told.Results In 59 cases,the successful rate of direct-puncture was 98.4 %,the total effective was 100.0 %,the curative rate of 1-year was 79.3 %,and there was no serious complication occurred.Conclusion It is demonstrated that the sclerotherapy with anhydrous ethanol in non-parapelvic renal cyst and retain small amount of ethanol are safe and simply,it is an ideal treatment worth promoting because of minimally invasive,low-cost and the exact effects.
