摘 要:目的探讨柴油车尾气颗粒物暴露对孕鼠和胎鼠肺组织可能造成的病理组织学损害。方法 24只清洁级ICR孕鼠随机分为4组:高剂量染毒组(170mg/kg)、中剂量染毒组(17mg/kg)、低剂量染毒组(1.7mg/kg)和PBS对照组;按规定程序以腹腔途径染毒,染毒结束后取孕鼠和胎鼠肺组织经HE染色,行组织病理学检查。结果与对照组相比,各实验组孕鼠和胎鼠的肺脏组织均发生不同程度病理损伤(P<0.05),主要表现为肺泡腔不规则扩大,肺泡间隔破裂,甚至融合成肺大泡;肺泡壁伴有轻中度增宽及炎症细胞的浸润或淤血。此外,组织病理学检查还提示,随着染毒剂量的增加,各实验组孕鼠和胎鼠肺组织的损伤程度也随之加重,呈现一定的剂量反应关系。结论腹腔途径柴油车尾气颗粒物暴露对孕鼠和胎鼠的肺组织均造成一定程度的损伤。Objective To investigate the effect of diesel exhaust particulate exposure on maternal and fetal lung. Methods Twenty -four clean ICR pregnant mice were divided into 4 groups: high dose group (170mg/kg) , middle dose group (17mg/kg) , low dose group (1.7mg/kg) and PBS control group,with 6 in each group. According to prescribed procedures,we used the abdominal cavity exposure route and then eolleeted maternal and fetal lung histopathological examination. Results Histopathologie examination revealed that compared with the control group, experimental group mothers and their pups had different degrees of lung pathological injury ( P 〈 0.05 ) , mainly as the eavity of alveolus expanding unregularly, the alveolus interval broking and some alveolus being mixed together to form pneumatoeele, alveolar wall congesting and inflammatory cells infiltrating. The degree of injury increased with the dose of aggravated in a dose - response relationship. Conclusion Diesel exhaust particulate pregnancy will produce a certain injury on maternal and fetal lung.
