胰岛素注射剂与5种药物在5%葡萄糖注射剂中的配伍稳定性

摘　　要：目的考察室温6h内胰岛素注射剂与5种药物在5%葡萄糖注射剂(GS)中的配伍稳定性。方法采用发光免疫法测定胰岛素含量,同时考察配伍液的外观、pH值和不溶性微粒的变化。结果胰岛素与头孢哌酮钠配伍产生浑浊,胰岛素与头孢呋辛钠、头孢他啶、头孢地秦钠、门冬氨酸钾镁在6h内外观、不溶性微粒、pH值未出现明显变化,胰岛素含量在3～4h后变化超过10%。结论在5%GS中胰岛素与头孢哌酮钠不宜配伍,与头孢呋辛钠、头孢他啶、头孢地秦钠、门冬氨酸钾镁可配伍,但应在3～4h内用完。AIM To observe the compatibility of insulin injection mixed with five kinds of injection in 5%glucose （GS） injection at room temperature within 6 h.METHODS The appearance of the mixture was observed and the pH value,the insoluble particles of the mixture was determined.The content of insulin was determined by chemiluminescence immunoassay.RESULTS A few precipitation was found in the mixture with cefoperazone sodium.There was no evident changes in appearance,pH value and the insoluble particles of the the mixture with cefuroxime sodium,ceftazidine, cefodizime sodium and potassium magnesium aspartate within 6 h,but the content changes of insulin was over 10% after 3 - 4 h.CONCLUSION Insulin injection can not be compatible with cefoperazone sodium in 5%GS and can be compatible with cefuroxime sodium,ceftazidine,cefodizime sodium and potassium magnesium aspartate in 5%GS,but shoud be used within 3 - 4 h.
