摘　　要：本文从疗养院服务性质出发,从医疗技术、人才建设、保障能力、服务内涵、经济效益五个方面,分析疗养院现状,建议从加强基础建设、服务内涵、人才队伍及长远发展等方面着手,不断提高疗养院服务保障能力。According to characters of service in sanatorium and the implementation of scientific development,the author analyzed the current situations in sanatorium from the five aspects：medical technique,talent construction,support ability,service connotation and economic benefit,and proposed to continuously improve the abilities of service in the sanatorium by reinforcing basic construction,service connotation,talent team construction and long-term development.
