摘　　要：目的调查沙漠军人心理疲劳状况,分析其相关因素。方法对我国沙漠地区某部队234名军人(实验组)和市区某部队258名军人(对照组)进行中文版多维疲劳量表(MFI-20)和个人基本资料问卷调查。结果实验组军人的疲劳总均分、体力疲劳因素分均明显偏高,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。其疲劳程度与入伍前户籍、军衔等因素相关。结论沙漠地区军人心理疲劳问题值得关注,应针对其相关因素采取相应措施。Objective To investigate the mental fatigue of soldiers located in arid desert and its correlated factors.Methods The multidimensional fatigue inventory-20 scales and basic information questionnaire were adapted to be the measurement instrument to investigate 226 soldiers in arid desert（stressful group） and 247 soldiers in city proper（control group）.Results The soldiers of stressful group had heavier total scores of fatigue and physical strength of fatigue than the control group（P0.01 or P0.05）.The degree of fatigue were correlated with register of before join the army and rank,et al.Conclusions Concern of mental fatigue of soldiers in arid desert,and special measures should be taken to improve their mental fatigue.
